The new management is terrible. Lisa was not helpful at all. Seems to be a lot of issues with this place. It’s one thing after the next. You would think their goal would be to provide good service and comfort but it’s nothing but constant errors and guest complaints. Book another hotel.

The room was great and very clean, Lisa B. Went out of her way to ensure my stay was above and beyond satisfactory. Such a good staff. Honestly the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. Thanks Lisa definitely booking again when in Dublin area

New Management is terrible. Very unprofessional! Customer service is terrible. Save your money. Book another hotel! They’ll promise you a rate and then change it and lie! No pool access , even in season ! Don’t believe their lies! No Breakfast ever! No usable couch! (Couch has no cushions) TV didn't even work in living room! The Manager (Lisa Burgett) is not accommodating at all, does not care about customer service, does not even try to attempt to resolve or compromise disputes with guests' dissatisfaction with services. Told me directly, "It's all about the money!" ... After not committing to rate that was promised by the previous manager! Management will try to confuse you by blaming everything on Sonesta Corporate Office or Owners Office! One of many properties owned by ChurchWick Partners LLC who's reputation (along with JP Morgan Asset Management Group) for how they treat their guests and employees at their hotels is horrendous. The JP Morgan Area Manager, Laura Stittsworth, Is even worst. They don’t care to make any reasonable solution and are not accommodating at all to their guests and full of excuses and legal talk to deceive you and take advantage of their loyal guests. All about the money and lack empathy! Would not recommend! Not enjoyable at all! Terrible service and management. If you do stay there, check for mold!

I was hesitant about writing a second review for this place. Normally I don’t like conflict but I wanted to have the opportunity to warn others from my experience. First off housekeeping and maintenance are understaffed and terrible. Due to this fact, things slip through the cracks. The key card to get into my room died on 2 separate occasions. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come from their home since no one was on site to change the battery. The second time it happened was only a month from the first incident. Secondly, housekeeping was so short I knew the days when they didn’t have anyone or when service was going to be backed up. I would try to keep track of the days when it was time to clean my room since they claimed it was biweekly. And when I would go and check with the front desk I would find out that someone marked the room as clean though it was time for the room to be cleaned. One time someone from housekeeping just only made the bed and then marked the room was clean. Another time I was going to be spending new years with my family and be gone for 4 days. So I called the front desk and asked for someone to clean my room and to fix the sink because it leaked anytime you leave the water running. I told them it didn’t matter what time they came as long as they came some time within that time frame. I came back and room was exactly how I left it. Nothing was clean and someone left the lights on so they no longer worked by the time I got back and the sink still leaked. I went to the front desk and let them know about it and they promise someone will come and clean my room the next day. Only I know that’s just another lie because they next day comes and goes and no one shows up. Thirdly, I call customer service to complain about this the first time I was having issues with housekeeping only for them to say they’ll contact the general manager about this incident. I told them I spoke to him about this and he claimed it wasn’t time for my room to be cleaned. I told him I work night shift and this was my only day off so this worked out better for me, but he just repeated what he said and said he didn’t have the staff. Which I understand, but guests shouldn’t have to suffer because of this. All in all, this place never gave me hotel vibes and should just be apartments because whatever they’re doing now isn’t working.

Visited in June 2022. Our room would be well thought out, but it's frankly disgusting, even in the entrance leading to it. The sofa cover and the curtains are damaged. Water comes in through the closed window when it rains and we have to mop it up. The lock on the front door is broken, we don't feel safe. No breakfast which was included. No service. We have to go buy towels at WalMart, the ones there don't dry. Impossible to find others. Our feet refuse to touch the filthy carpet. More like a nightmare...
